At Kali Luxe, we stand behind every product we make. We believe in plant-powered formulas that deliver real, visible results - and we want every customer to feel confident in her purchase.
Please read this policy carefully before completing your order. By purchasing from kaliluxe.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
OUR 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all Kali Luxe products. If you have used your product consistently as directed for a minimum of 3 weeks and are not satisfied with your results, contact us at info@kaliluxe.com within 30 days of your delivery date and we will work with you to find a resolution.
To be eligible for the guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
• Product must have been used daily as directed for a minimum of 21 consecutive days
• Request must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery date
• Photo documentation of the affected area at first use and at time of request must be provided
• Your order number and the date you began use must be included
Results require consistent daily use over 4–6 weeks. Individual results vary based on skin type, mark age, depth, and consistency of application. Our guarantee applies to customers who have followed the usage instructions and given the product a fair trial period.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR RESOLUTION
To initiate a return, refund, or resolution request, email us at info@kaliluxe.com with the following:
• Your order number
• Full name used at checkout
• Date product was first used
• Reason for your request
• Photos of the product and, where applicable, the area of use
We respond to all inquiries within 2 business days. Once reviewed, resolutions may include a replacement product, store credit, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion based on the circumstances.
IMPORTANT: DISPUTE RESOLUTION REQUIREMENT
Contact Us Before Disputing With Your Bank
By purchasing from kaliluxe.com, you agree to contact our customer support team at info@kaliluxe.com and allow us a minimum of 5 business days to resolve your concern before initiating any chargeback, dispute, or claim with your financial institution, credit card company, or payment processor.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting Kali Luxe and allowing us the opportunity to resolve your issue is a violation of this agreement. In the event of a dispute filed without prior contact, we reserve the right to submit all purchase records, delivery confirmation, policy acceptance, and correspondence to the financial institution as evidence.
Fraudulent chargebacks — including claims of non-delivery when tracking confirms delivery, or claims of “not as described” for products matching their listing — will be contested in full and may be referred for further review.
UNOPENED & SEALED RETURNS
We accept returns of unopened, unused, and sealed products within 14 days of confirmed delivery, subject to the following conditions:
• Item must be in original packaging and resellable condition
• Return must be requested and approved before shipping back
• Proof of purchase is required
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Items returned without prior authorization will be refused. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Kali Luxe is not responsible for lost return packages.
SKIN SENSITIVITY & IRRITATION SUPPORT
Kali Luxe products are formulated with 100% plant-based ingredients and tested for quality and safety. However, individual skin responses vary. We strongly recommend performing a 24-hour patch test before full application, especially for customers with known sensitivities.
If you experience irritation, discontinue use immediately and contact us within 7 days of first use (and no later than 14 days from delivery). Please include:
• Your order number
• Date product was first used
• Clear photos of the affected area
• Photo of the product packaging
Resolutions for verified sensitivity reactions may include a replacement product, store credit, or refund. We are unable to issue refunds for reactions resulting from failure to patch test, misuse, layering with incompatible products, or excessive application. Customers with known allergies or highly sensitive skin are encouraged to consult a physician before use.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kaliluxe.com with:
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
• Photos of the outer packaging
• Your order number
We will evaluate and resolve all verified damage or fulfillment error claims promptly at no cost to you.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
• Opened or used body care products (outside of the Satisfaction Guarantee terms above)
• Sale, clearance, or promotional items
• Gift cards
• Discounted bundles purchased at promotional pricing
REFUND PROCESSING
Once an approved return is received and inspected, or a refund is approved without return:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
• Your financial institution may require additional time to post the funds
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscription orders may be paused or cancelled at any time before the next billing date by contacting info@kaliluxe.com or managing your account at kaliluxe.com. Refunds for subscription orders that have already shipped are subject to the same terms as standard orders above. We are unable to refund subscription charges that have already been processed and fulfilled.
